Tim's business and operational experience spans over 20 years and across many disciplines. Tim spent the first fifteen years of his career as a pilot, first as a officer in the United States Air Force and then for American Airlines, logging over five thousand hours of flying in 9 different jet aircraft. At American Airlines, Tim served as a technical pilot in which capacity he developed operational procedures, represented the airline before the FAA and within industry working groups and regularly participated in incident investigations. Tim's experience also includes service as an airline industry financial analyst, as a senior associate for a major commercial real estate firm, and as a consultant to venture capital portfolio companies. Tim received his legal training at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld where he focused his practice in the area of hedge funds and private equity.
Tim received his B.S., magna cum laude, in electrical engineering from Tufts University and his M.B.A., Beta Gamma Sigma, from the University of Texas in Austin. He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where he was a member of the Southern Methodist University Law Review Association and a member of the Order of the Coif.

Aaron's experience in the IT industry spans 17 years and includes the development, deployment and management of numerous IT platforms and solutions with a focus on leading edge software development in the financial services industry. As Director of Software Development for CyberTrader, Aaron spearheaded the development of many of the key features of the CyberTrader technology platform that led to the purchase of the company by Charles Schwab. Aaron then served as Director of Technical Operations for Charles Schwab where he deployed the CyberTrader technology as the firm's premier trading platform and also managed the firm's IT and Brokerage Operations groups. During the last five years, Aaron has provided developmental and strategic consulting services to a number of large brokerage firms, establishing himself as a sought after IT consultant.

Prior to Tenet, Joe was Global Director, Leadership Development, at Whirlpool Corporation, helping the company achieve the national ranking as the 11th best company for leaders according to the annual Hewitt study. Before that, he worked for Compaq Computer Corporation and as a senior consultant with Andersen Consulting.
Joe earned his bachelor's degree in psychology and his master's degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University. Dr. R. Britt Freund is Assistant Dean and Director of the Project Management Consortium at the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. He is also the former Graduate Business Dean and Director of the Full-Time, Evening, and Professional MBA programs at the school. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses on a wide range of topics such as project management, operations strategy, distribution, supply chain management, inventory control, optimization, process analysis, practical statistics, and risk management. He has also taught extensively in executive and professional MBA programs in SE Asia, Europe, Dallas, Fort-Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.
Dr. Freund is an active speaker and consultant and has worked with a variety of public and private corporations. These companies include Royal Dutch Shell, Petrobras, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Motorola, Texas Instruments, HEB Groceries, and Frito-Lay. Dr. Freund is involved with several small startup companies in the Austin metropolitan area and is currently a member of the curriculum committee for the Texas Entrepreneurship Foundation. His primary research, teaching, and consulting interests for the past several years have been in the realm of Project Management, particularly the management of risk within large capital projects. Since 2005, he has been the Faculty Director for the Shell Project Academy (SPA) which is a consortium of four partner universities working with Royal Dutch Shell to develop and deliver project management tools for use in large capital projects. This has subsequently led to the formation of the Project Management Consortium within the university, of which Dr. Freund is the Director and founding faculty member. Over the past three years, Dr. Freund has traveled extensively around the world, presenting workshops on project and risk management to Shell project managers. During this time, he has also been heavily involved as a consultant to the Project Director for a massive, multi-billion dollar capital project for Shell in Northern Alberta.
Dr. Freund earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin, after which he worked in the computer industry in both California and Washington state. He left industry for graduate school at Cornell University, financially supported by a National Science Foundation Fellowship. He earned an M.S. in Electrical Engineering followed by a Ph.D. in Operations Management. Since completing his Ph.D. at Cornell University, Dr. Freund has taught at the University of Texas at Austin.

Martin Camp is a retired partner of the Jones Day law firm and currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While at Jones Day, Martin specialized in the areas of Real Estate, Land Use and Development, Finance, and Corporate Acquisition and Disposition. He acted as principal outside counsel to major international restaurant and retail companies and represented real estate developers in land acquisition, subdivision, zoning, special district financings and development matters as well as corporate relocations. He currently teaches Property, Land Use Law and Real Estate Transactions at the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and has previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas School of Law. Joe's operational and management experience spans 15 years with a strong focus on the development of IT solutions that stream-line workflows and automate organizational processes. Joe began developing his IT skills early in his career in operational management roles at the technology incubation firm Cambridge Technology Group. Later, Joe served as Director of European Operations for derivatives trading firm Anteros Capital Markets where he was responsible for a wide range of operational issues including the deployment of electronic trading platforms and the management of growth initiatives in the London office of the Chicago-based firm. Most recently, Joe's work has focused on the development of automated IT solutions to work flow processes in the telecom and retail industries.
